This foodservice design project created a unique, multiuse, two-story building with functional basement, housing three separate, but connected dining concepts.
- Montrose Cheese & Wine offers both retail and casual dining and shares a basement area with preparation, storage, and a 14,000-bottle wine cellar with the other two restaurants in the building.
- Rosie Cannonball is a Mediterranean themed restaurant with open concept kitchen featuring wood burning pizza oven and Argentine-style churrasco
- March is on the upper level and is a chef-driven multicourse fine dining restaurant with seasonal menu changes featuring a display kitchen with a specialized Chef’s Counter cooking area. The bar in March was custom designed and fabricated to fit the unique interior aspects of the space.
TDG and owner Michael Taylor are also working with the same foodservice management team on their new concept. The Marigold Club is a restaurant and bar located in an adjacent property (formerly Goodnight Charlies). The new Marigold Club is scheduled to open fall 2023.
"Michael's exceptional expertise in creating unique and functional spaces are instrumental to our success. His creativity, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence were evident throughout the project." Felipe Riccio
