This is a Houston historical landmark hotel located in the heart of Montrose offering five-star lodging and cuisine.
The project entailed the complete remodel of the existing hotel including a new kitchen and bar area as well as a hot pantry kitchen in the adjoining residence tower. TDG worked closely for many months with the owners and project managers to create a one-of-a-kind kitchen design and new bar area. Space utilization and seamless service flow were the most important foodservice design elements of this high profile project.
