A new fast casual restaurant concept from the team at H Town Restaurant Group embodying the popular “street” food cuisine of Mexico.
Open concept kitchen, bar, and large customer service and order area that included a full beverage and barista area, were some of the features of this all day restaurant design. The kitchen and dining area layout included a featured wood burning grill and trompo broiler for slow roasting tacos al pastor meats. The open concept design allowed restaurant guests to view the kitchen and cooking experience as part of the open cooking display.
Main kitchen included full size smoker and large bakery area.
