The project entailed a new hotel located on the scenic Waterway in The Woodlands, Texas with a signature restaurant and bar, as well upper-level Vespa Bar. Restaurant, kitchen and dining area space and service workflow were paramount concerns for this two-level operation.
The original project also included a main banquet kitchen as well as expansive storage areas. Featured foodservice elements included large wine displays, open concept kitchen with cold appetizer station and pizza oven.
